Oven Cheese Fondue
|White bread slice||10|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Snipped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Shredded process sharp american cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||3 Tablespoon|
Heat oven to 325Â°.
Remove crusts from bread; cut bread into cubes.
Beat eggs, milk and seasonings.
Stir in bread cubes, cheese and onion.
Pour mixture into ungreased baking dish, 11 1/2x 7 1/2x 1 1/2 inches.
Bake uncovered 1 hour or until center is set.
