Baked Haddock With Cheese
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Melt the fat in a saucepan.
Add the flour and when smooth add the milk, salt and pepper.
When thickened add the grated cheese and stir constantly over a low heat until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Meanwhile arrange the haddock fillets in a baking pan and pour the cheese sauce over all.
Bake in a moderate oven of 350Â° F.for 30 min.or until the fish is tender.
