Cheese Veal Slices
|Veal roast slices||8|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Grated cheddar cheese/Gruyere swiss cheese||4 Ounce|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|White wine||1 Tablespoon|
Cut veal 1/4-inch thick.
Place slices in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with a little pepper, freshly ground for preference.
Mix grated cheese, mustard and wine together and blend in enough cream to give a spreading consistency.
Spread mixture over veal slices and when ready to serve, place under a preheated hot grill and grill until sauce is golden (about 3 minutes).
