Cheese Veal Slices

The Cheese Veal Slices have fast become one of my strong passions. Try them out and prove me wrong if you can! I am eagerly awaiting for your response on this!
Ingredients
  Veal roast slices 8
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Grated cheddar cheese/Gruyere swiss cheese 4 Ounce
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  White wine 1 Tablespoon
  Cream 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut veal 1/4-inch thick.
Place slices in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with a little pepper, freshly ground for preference.
Mix grated cheese, mustard and wine together and blend in enough cream to give a spreading consistency.
Spread mixture over veal slices and when ready to serve, place under a preheated hot grill and grill until sauce is golden (about 3 minutes).
Serve immediately.
