Ham With Brandied Cream Cheese Glaze
|Canned ham||5 Pound|
|Cream cheese||16 Ounce|
|Roquefort cheese||3 Ounce|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped chives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Remove from can and place on serving dish 1 (5-lb.) ham, chilled thoroughly.
Keep chilled while making cream cheese glaze.
Let 2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese and 1 (3-oz.) pkg. Roquefort cheese stand at room temperature until soft about 1 hour.
In a medium bowl, combine softened cheeses, 1/4 cup each chopped parsley and chopped chives and 2 tablespoons brandy.
Mix until smooth (makes about 214 cups).
Frost the ham with this mixture and chill again at least 1 hour to set cheese frosting.
