  Blue cheese 2 Ounce, crumbled
  Dijon-style mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rice vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In small bowl, using a fork, mix blue cheese with vinegar, oil, mustard, and pepper; gradually stir in buttermilk.
