Ingredients
  Lentil sprouts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mung bean sprouts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green onions 4 Small, chopped
  Cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Mix all ingredients.
Serve on lettuce leaf or use to stuff tomatoes.
