|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||8 Ounce|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Pimento stuffed green olives||24|
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cheese, flour and baking powder; mix on medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
Stir in butter; mix until all ingredients are moistened and dough forms.
Pinch off a small piece of dough, wrap it completely around an olive, put on ungreased baking sheet.
Repeat with remaining dough and olives.
Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Note: Dough-wrapped olives can be frozen and baked later.
