Savory Cheese Crackers
|Shredded cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs) (8 ounces)|
|All purpose flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter||3 Tablespoon, softened|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In a medium bowl, combine cheese, flour, butter, worcestershire sauce, salt and hot pepper sauce, mix until well blended.
Shape dough into a 1-inch diameter roll.
Refrigerate, covered, until chilled.
Slice roll as thin as possible (about 1/4-inch thick works well).
Place slices on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.
