Garden Cottage Cheese Salad
|Cottage cheese||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Seeded diced pared cucumber||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped watercress||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Coarsely grated carrot||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced drained canned pimiento||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Dijon style mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
In bowl combine all ingredients except lettuce and garnish; mix well.
Line each of 2 salad plates with 2 lettuce leaves and spoon half of cheese mixture onto each portion of lettuce; garnish each serving with a pimiento strip.
