|Crushed garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Cooking cheese||100 Gram, grated (Around 4 Ounce)|
Melt the butter in a vessel, add the garlic and fry for 1/2 minute.
Add the flour and fry again for 1 minute.
Add the milk and go on stirring and cooking until the mixture becomes thick.
Reduce the flame, add the grated cheese gradually and go on stirring.
Finally, add very little salt and pepper
Serve hot with pieces of toast. Let the guests help themselves by picking up toast pieces with forks and dipping into the hot fondue.
