A wonderful and innovative appetizer, the Millefeuille is a great combination of yummy delights like feta cheese and tomato. Sit back and relish the flavors of this highly creative and simply delicious fusion food.
Ingredients
  Garlic 10 Gram
  Tomato 10 Gram
  Feta cheese 20 Gram
  Olive oil 50 Milliliter
  Zucchini 200 Gram
  Milk 200 Liter
  Flour 150 Gram
  Egg yolk 1
  Butter 100 Gram
  Salt 10 Gram
  Bell pepper 100 Gram
  Basil 10 Gram
  Puff pastry 50 Gram
  Poppy seeds 10 Gram
  Oak leaf 1
  Iceberg lettuce 1
  Lolorosso 1
Directions

-roll puff with black poppy seeds and bake at 220*c
-cut rectangular of puff size 4 *3 inches
-make quenelles of feta ,place the tomato quenelle on top, salt ,pepper
-shred basil leaves
-arrange two quenelle of feta on the puff (rectangular)with basil and bell pepper juliennes
-arrange a masculine of lettuce on one side of the plate
