Ingredients
  Cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Good Quality And Fairly Expensive)
  Pretzels 4
  Meat roast 1 Pound (Any)
  White wine 2 Tablespoon
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1
Directions

First make the dippings.
Dipping 1. Cut the pretzels into small pieces that can be dipped into the fondue.
Dipping 2. Rub the roast with lemon and margerine. Pour some wine(white or red), juice of a lemon and a little margarine over it and wrap the roast in an aluminium foil.
Braise the roast for 3 hours in an oven at a temperature of 325 degrees.
Once done the roast turns soft. Cut up the roast into small pieces for dipping in the fondue.
For making fondue:
Boil the cheese. Good cheese turns into a cheese ball in the center of a wine soup upon boiling.
Dip the pieces in the melted cheese and enjoy!
