Olive Cheese Balls
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded monterey jack cheese||6 Ounce|
|All purpose flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Pimiento stuffed olives||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry bread crumbs||6 Tablespoon|
Cream butter and cheese; add flour, mixing well.
Shape a small amount of dough around each olive, covering it completely; coat with breadcrumbs.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Place on ungreased baking sheets; bake at 350Â° for 20 to 25 minutes.
