"No Cheese" Cheese Fondue

Ever wonder how to make fondue without using a ton of cheese? This recipe tutorial will show you how you can cook cheese fondue without any cheese at all.
Ingredients
  Cashews 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Yellow pepper 1 , divided
  Kombucha 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Psyllium seed/Agar agar 2 Tablespoon (soaked in mixed with 4 tablespoons water)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juice extracted
  Regular salt 1 Teaspoon
  Onion flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Kelp 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blending jar take all the ingredients except water, blend for a few minutes.
2. Pour in water in the mixture and blend again to form a smooth puree.
3. Take out the mixture in a fondue pot.

SERVING
4. Serve no cheese fondue with raw crackers and veggies: carrots, cucumber, broccoli, celery and sugar peas work well.
