Fruit & Cheese Dessert Plate Simplified

Ingredients
  Saint andre cheese 100 Gram
  Gorgonzola 100 Gram
  Mascarpone 100 Gram
  Mizuna 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Apple 1 , slivered
  Pear 1 , slivered
  Strawberry 3 , slivered
  Prosciutto de parma 50 Gram
  Lingonberries 2 Tablespoon (Leveled)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut fruits and berries as shown in the video.

MAKING
2. On a cutting board, spread some mizuna leaves. Place cheese on top of it.
3. Arrange fruits and strawberries around the cheese, anyway you like.
4. Add prosciutto de Parma, top mascarpone with lingonberries.

SERVING
5. Serve it immediately with some nuggets and nuts.
