Perch Fillets With Bleu Cheese

|Perch fillets||1 Pound|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bleu cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Teaspoon|
Bake fillets at 350 degrees until opaque but not flaky.
Combine all remaining ingredients.
Stir over low heat until blended and thickened slightly.
Pour cheese over fillets.
Broil 6 minutes, 4 inches from source of heat, until browned slightly.
