Cottage Cheese And Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 1 Pound
  Eggs 2 Small, beaten
  Cottage cheese 8 Ounce
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon, toasted
Directions

Clean and wash spinach.
Place spinach in Dutch oven (do not add water); cover and cook over high heat 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain spinach well; chop and set aside.
Combine next 4 ingredients; mix well.
Stir in spinach.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and sesame seeds; bake an additional 5 minutes.
