Curried Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
  Cheddar cheese slices 2
  Bread slices 2 Medium
  Cheddar cheese 2 Medium, slice
  Colby cheese 2 Medium, slice
  Sliced onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Heat olive oil in a pan.
2. Place the bread slices with the cheese on them in the skillet.
3. Place the red onion along the sides of the bread in the skillet.
4. Sprinkle in the curry on the red onions and let them cook.
5. As the bread gets browned, place the onions on the bread and top one slice with the other as in a sandwich.
6. Continue grilling for a little more and sprinkle some milder curry on the outside surface.

SERVING
7. Cut diagonally and serve.
