Frozen Pear And Cream Cheese Salad
|Pears||1 Pound, can|
|French dressing||6 Tablespoon|
Drain pears; reserve juice.
Cut pears into thin length- Wise slices.
Mash cream cheese; add pear juice and 6 tablespoons French dressing.
Beat until smooth.
Ar- range pear slices in refrigerator tray.
Pour cheese mixture over pears.
Freeze until firm; slice into squares.
Arrange on salad greens; serve with mayon- naise or additional French dressing.
