Easy Cheese Dessert

This is extremely easy to make dessert recipe. It’s very summery, absolutely guilt free and certainly mood lifting dessert. This recipe serves 3.
Ingredients
  Low fat cheese/Cottage / ricotta 1 Pound (Like Quark, 450 Grams)
  Full fat natural yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Maple syrup/Honey / agave syrup / plain old sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Mixed berries 1 Pound (450 Grams)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Mix cheese with yogurt and maple syrup (or any other sweetener of your choice). Use yogurt to thin the cheese. If your cheese is thin like cottage don’t use yogurt at all.

MAKING
2) Add ½ of the berries to mixture and combine.
3) Give it a try and adjust the sweetness.
4)Scoop to one big or 3 personal dishes and add the rest of berries on top.

SERVE
Serve it as it is or chilled.
