Crunchy Mozzarella Sticks
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Frying)|
|Bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mozzarella cheese sticks||8 (0.25 Inch Wide, 3 Inch Length)|
Whisk egg and milk in a bowl.
Mix flour and oregano in a plate.
Mix bread crumbs and cheese in another plate.
Dip mozarella cheese in the flour plate, into the egg bowl and finally in the bread crumbs plate.
Repeat the sequence for all the cheese sticks.
Cover cheese, refrigerate them 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a large pan at 350 degrees F.
Fry the cheese into oil for 30 seconds.
Drain them on a paper.
Serve the fried cheese with garlic dressing or marinara sauce.
