Homemade Garlic And Herb Cheese

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 1 Pound (at room temperature)
  Butter 1 Pound (at room temperature)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), chopped
  Fresh herbs 3 Tablespoon, chopped (basil, chives, marjoram, or thyme)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1 In a food processor, blend the cream cheese, butter, and garlic.
2 Process until smooth.
3 Add in the herbs and mix well.
4 Add salt and pepper to taste.

SERVING
5 Serve as desired.

TIP
Can be stored upto 1 week, if covered tightly, and refrigerated.
