Homemade Garlic and Herb Cheese
|Cream cheese||1 Pound (at room temperature)|
|Butter||1 Pound (at room temperature)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), chopped|
|Fresh herbs||3 Tablespoon, chopped (basil, chives, marjoram, or thyme)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
1 In a food processor, blend the cream cheese, butter, and garlic.
2 Process until smooth.
3 Add in the herbs and mix well.
4 Add salt and pepper to taste.
5 Serve as desired.
Can be stored upto 1 week, if covered tightly, and refrigerated.
