Blue Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  Danish blue cheese 8 Ounce
  Soft butter 4 Ounce
  Port 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Onion 1 Small
Directions

MAKING
1.Combine blue cheese with butter, port, and parsley.
2.Blend using a fork in a bowl placed in pan of hot water.
3.Stir in onion after grating.

SERVING
4.Use the spreas on toasts or store for later use.
