Fried Cheese Cubes

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Fine bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Use Soft Variety)
  Wheat germ 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ground red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Monterey jack/Fontina / havarti / edam / cheddar / muenster / swiss cheese 8 Ounce, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Grease a baking sheet

MAKING
2) Into a bowl, mix the crumbs, wheat germ and the pepper
3) Coat the cheese eggs into the egg and then into the crumb mixture
4) Place the coated cubes onto the baking sheet
5) Place into the freezer for about 30 minutes to chill
6) Into a skillet, pour the oil and heat over a medium heat
7) Fry the cubes one at a time till golden brown
8) Remove using a slotted spoon and keep on absorbent paper to drain

SERVING
9) Serve warm picked with tiny skewers with some ketchup to dip
