Cheesy Cucumber Slices
|Shredded farmer's cheese||6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cup)|
|Commercial sour cream||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Minced onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Dried herb seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1 In a container of electric blender, combine the first 4 ingredients.
2 Process until smooth.
3 Place in the refrigerator and chill.
4 With a lemon zester, score the cucumbers lengthwise down the skin.
5 Slice crosswise into 1/8 inch slices.
6 Neatly arrange on a serving platter.
7 Into a decorating bag fitted with tip number 4B, fill the cheese mixture.
8 Pipe the mixture on each cucumber slice.
9 Serve sprinkled with paprika and topped with a sprig of thyme (optional)
