Tomatoes with Goat Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 2 Medium
  Fresh goat cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh thyme/Basil / marjoram 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thick slices.

MAKING
2) On 2 serving plates, place the tomato slices.
3) Mix goat cheese with milk and fresh herb.
4) Spoon the cheese mixture over tomato slices.

SERVING
5) Serve the tomato and goat cheese dressing as salad.
