Cheese Fondue

Ingredients
  Swiss cheese 1 Pound (4 Cups)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Dash
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Kirsch 2 Tablespoon (If Desired)
  French bread 1 , cut into 1 inch cubes
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Prepare all the ingredients.

MAKING
2) In 2 qt. glass casserole, mix cheese, flour, salt, garlic powder, pepper, nutmeg and wine.
3) Microwave (high), covered, 5-7 minutes, stirring once or twice during the last 2 minutes.
4) Rest, covered, 5 minutes.
5) Stir in Kirsch.

SERVING
6) Serve the heated fondue with bread squares.
