This marinara recipe is garbanzo beans soup served with a layer of grilled pepper, goat cheese and mushroom. The Mediterranean meal is a treasure house of flavors and tastes waiting to unfold.
Ingredients
  Chickpeas 200 Gram
  Vegetable stock 800 Milliliter
  Onion 80 Gram
  Cardamom 5 Gram
  Cinnamon 5 Gram
  Star anise 1 Gram
  Garlic 10 Gram
  Parsley stalk 2 Gram
  Tomatoes 15 Gram
  Coriander leaves 15 Gram
  Coriander seeds 10 Gram
  Turmeric 5 Gram
  Salt 5 Gram
  Mushrooms 250 Gram
  Onions 50 Gram
  Confit garlic 20 Gram
  Cream 10 Milliliter
  Phyllo sheets 4
  Clarified butter 50 Milliliter
  Red/green/yellow pepper 6 Gram
  Goat cheese 80 Gram
  Olive oil 50 Milliliter
Directions

-Marinara:-
-Boil chick peas which are soaked over night
-Add all the ingredients except cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, star anise, these can be made in a paste and added
-Serve hot sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves

-Mushroom ragout:
-Mushroom cooked with onion and add cream
-Add confit garlic
-Phyllo sheets are layered with butter and molded in a timbale and baked and served warm

-Tian of pepper and goat cheese
-Peppers are charred grilled and cut into petals and marinated
-In tian mould layer the peppers and cheese and serve it cold
