Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 9 Ounce, softened
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Vanilla 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Sifted confectioners sugar 2 Pound
Directions

Combine cream cheese, egg, vanilla and salt; beat until fluffy.
Add sugar; beat thoroughly.
Yield: Frosting for three 8-inch layers.
