Microwave Bittersweet Chocolate Fondue
|Semi sweet chocolate pieces||12 Ounce (1 package, 2 cups)|
|Baking chocolate||2 Ounce (2 squares, 1 ounce each)|
|Light cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
1. In a microwave glass bowl, place the chocolates and melt on ROAST (7) for 4 minutes till melted through. .
2. Use a wire whip to beat in the cream and vanilla and cook covered on ROAST (7) for 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth."
3. Serve hot
