Rice and Veggie Cheese Medley

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Italian herb seasoning 3⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Frozen mixed vegetables 10 Ounce (1 package)
  Cheese rice 6 Ounce (1 box, UNCLE BEN'S Brand Dishes)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pizza cheese blend 3 Ounce, shredded (3/4 cup)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
2 Add in onion and herb seasoning.
3 Cook for 3 minutes or until onion is soft.
4 Add in vegetables and rice, reserving seasoning packet.
5 Cook for 2 minutes.
6 Add in water, milk and contents of seasoning packet.
7 Bring to a boil.
8 Cover and lower the heat.
9 Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
10 Remove from the heat.
11 Allow to stand, covered for 5 minutes.
12 Stir in the cheese.

SERVING
13 Serve hot.
