1 In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
2 Add in onion and herb seasoning.
3 Cook for 3 minutes or until onion is soft.
4 Add in vegetables and rice, reserving seasoning packet.
5 Cook for 2 minutes.
6 Add in water, milk and contents of seasoning packet.
7 Bring to a boil.
8 Cover and lower the heat.
9 Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
10 Remove from the heat.
11 Allow to stand, covered for 5 minutes.
12 Stir in the cheese.
