Oversized Cheese 'N Dill Muffins
|All-purpose flour||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Dill weed||2 Teaspoon|
|Cheddar cheese||4 Ounce, shredded to make 1 cup|
|Milk||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Melted butter/Margarine||4 Tablespoon, cooled to room temperature|
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Sieve the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Add the dill and cheese and mix well
3. In another bowl, place the milk, eggs and butter and add this all at once to the dry ingredients. Mix well till just mixed through.
4. Spoon this batter into greased muffin pans and bake for 40 minutes till golden brown and done
5. Serve hot or warm with sour cream and dill
