Ingredients
  Whole-wheat flour 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Cheddar cheese 2 Ounce, grated (50 Gram)
  Cheshire cheese 2 Ounce, grated (50 Gram)
  Butter 2 Ounce (50 Gram, At Room Temperature)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Ground black pepper To Taste (1 Twist)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven.

MAKING
2 In a mixing bowl, sift the flour and salt.
3 Add in the cayenne and black pepper.
4 Add the two cheeses along with the butter and rub the mixture to the crumbly texture.
5 Bring the mixture together, add just a drop of milk if its too dry.
6 Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch (3 mm).
7 Use a 1 or 1 1/2 inch (2-5 or 4 cm) cutter to cut out the biscuits.
8 Arrange them closely on the baking sheet.
9 Generously sprinkle the selected topping (if any) on them.
10 Bake on a high shelf in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
11 Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

SERVING
12 Serve as desired.
13 Store them in an airtight tin.
