Ingredients
Unsalted Cream - 1 pack ( 8 ounces)
Soured Cream - 1/2 pint (27ml)
Caster Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Egg Whites - 2
Double Cream - 4 tablespoons
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese, coursed cream and sugar till smooth
2) Whisk the two egg whites until stiff
3) Fold the egg whites into the cream cheese mixture
4) Drain the mixture overnight by placing a muslin cloth over a sieve over a bowl
5) Into ramekins, spoon the mixture

SERVING
6) Top with fruits of choice and a dollop of cream over each
