|Cheese||4 Ounce, grated|
|Thick cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Mixed herbs||2 Tablespoon (Parsley, Sage, Thyme, Tarragon, Chives, Chervil, And Winter Savory)|
1 Into a double saucepan, put all the ingredients.
2 Over a gentle heat, stir until the mixture is pale green in colour and of a creamy consistency.
3 In to small hot jars, transfer the mixture and cover.
4 Use as desired.
