Ingredients
  Cheese 4 Ounce, grated
  Thick cream 2 Tablespoon
  Sherry 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper 1
  Mixed herbs 2 Tablespoon (Parsley, Sage, Thyme, Tarragon, Chives, Chervil, And Winter Savory)
Directions

MAKING
1 Into a double saucepan, put all the ingredients.
2 Over a gentle heat, stir until the mixture is pale green in colour and of a creamy consistency.

SERVING
3 In to small hot jars, transfer the mixture and cover.
4 Use as desired.
