No Cook Cream Cheese Fudge
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened|
|Powdered sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted|
|No melt unsweetened chocolate||2 Ounce (2 envelopes, 1 ounce each)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Natural almonds||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), toasted and chopped|
1. In a bowl, add milk to cream cheese and mix until well blended.
2. Add sugar, chocolate, vanilla and beat well. Fold in the almonds.
3. In a 9x5x3-inch square pan, pour the mixture, chill until firm.
4. Cut into squares.
5. Serve cool.
