Cheese Straws

Ingredients
  Cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven at 400°.

MAKING
2) In a bowl, combine all ingredients like pastry.
3) Roll the dough out thin.
4) Cut into strips of desired length and width.
5) Place the strips on a greased baking sheet.
6) Place the baking sheet inside oven to bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
7) Allow cooling in sheet.

SERVING
8) Serve the straws as snacks with soup or dip.
