Beef and Cream Cheese Balls
|Sliced dried beef||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Chives||1 Tablespoon, minced|
Chop the dried beef very finely.
Divide the cream cheese into 32 cubes, then roll each cube into a ball using butter paddles.
Toss each ball into the chopped dried beef and roll around until entirely coated.
Spear each ball with a toothpick and serve stuck into a grapefruit or a large apple.
