Beef And Cream Cheese Balls

Hearty, filling and extremely tasty, this Burning Bush is sure to satisfy even the biggest of appetites. This quick and simple to make recipe is all here to feast on; so give this Burning Bush a try!
Ingredients
  Sliced dried beef 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

Chop the dried beef very finely.
Divide the cream cheese into 32 cubes, then roll each cube into a ball using butter paddles.
Toss each ball into the chopped dried beef and roll around until entirely coated.
Spear each ball with a toothpick and serve stuck into a grapefruit or a large apple.
