Mushroom Cheese Bake

Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ricotta cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1 Ounce, grated
  Dried onion flakes 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2) Coat the bottom of baking dish with the butter.

MAKING
3) Spread the mushrooms over the bottom of baking dish and dredge with salt.
4) In a bowl, mix together both the cheeses, onion flakes, lemon juice and paprika.
5) Spread the cheese mixture over the mushrooms using spatula.
6) Bake for 25 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.

SERVING
7) Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
