Marvelous Cheese Straws

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sharp cheese 1 Pound
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Pour butter over cheese and let stand until cheese reaches room temperature.
2. Sift salt, cayenne and flour together, add to cheese mixture and blend thoroughly.
3. Press through cookie press, using flat saw blade, in 4-inch strips onto baking sheet.
4. Bake at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes without letting it to get brown.

SERVING
5. Let it cool and serve.
