Frosted Cheese Mold

Ingredients
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon (2 Envelopes)
  Cream style cottage cheese 24 Ounce (2 Cartons Of 12 Ounce Each / 3Cups)
  Blue cheese 2 Ounce, crumbled
  Frozen limeade concentrate 6 Ounce, thawed (1 Can)
  Broken pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted and salted
  Green food color 6 Drop
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grapes 2 Ounce, frosted
  Mint sprig 2
  Lime wedges 3
Directions

MAKING
1. Into large saucepan pour milk and sprinkle gelatin over milk to soften.
2. Place over low heat and stir till gelatin is dissolved and remove from heat.
3. In a bowl beat cottage cheese and blue cheese together till well blended and stir into gelatin mixture.
4. Add concentrate, pecans and food coloring.
5. In another bowl whip cream and fold into gelatin mixture.
6. Transfer the mixture into 6 1/2-cup ring mold and chill 4 to 6 hours.

FINALIZING
7. Unmold on serving plate and fill center with melon balls and orange sections, if desired.

SERVING
8. Garnish with frosted grapes and mint sprigs.
9. Pass lime wedges and serve.
