Cheese Fruit Relish

Ingredients
  Curd cream-style cottage cheese 16 Ounce, drained (1 Carton)
  Seedless green grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
  Coarsely chopped pistachio nuts 2 Tablespoon
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together all the ingredients and mix till lightly blended.
2) Chill the mixture.

SERVING
3) Serve the chilled Cheese Fruit Relish in a relish dish or spoon into a lettuce cup that has been placed in the center of a fruit platter. Makes a good dessert accompniment.
