Spicy Cottage Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Undiluted evaporated milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt/Onion salt 1 Dash
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl mix cottage cheese with milk and add remaining ingredients.

SERVING
2. Transfer to an airtight container or jar, refrigerate and use with salads as required.
