Cottage Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), dry
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.Combine cottage cheese, special oil, skim milk, onion, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and catsup.
2.Blend all the ingredients until smooth.

SERVING
3.Serve with vegetable salads.
