Eggs With Gruyere Cheese

Ingredients
  Eggs 6 , beaten
  Shredded gruyere cheese 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped fresh chives 2 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Fried bread crumbs/Small croutons 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a saucepan, add cheese, butter, salt, pepper, parsley, chives and wine.
2.Heat the ingredients on low flame until the cheese melts.
3.Put eggs and stir the mixture on low flame until creamy and thick.

SERVING
4.Serve immediately with garnishing of bread crumbs or croutons.
