Eggs with Gruyere Cheese
|Eggs||6 , beaten|
|Shredded gruyere cheese||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped fresh chives||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry white wine||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Fried bread crumbs/Small croutons||4 Tablespoon|
1.In a saucepan, add cheese, butter, salt, pepper, parsley, chives and wine.
2.Heat the ingredients on low flame until the cheese melts.
3.Put eggs and stir the mixture on low flame until creamy and thick.
4.Serve immediately with garnishing of bread crumbs or croutons.
