Cheesy Cucumber Open Faces

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled and diced
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Unflavored yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Sweetened rhubarb sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained (Slightly Sweetened)
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely diced and peeled
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Rye bread slices/Whole wheat bread slices 6
Directions

Mix all ingredients except bread together, being careful not to mash tomatoes.
Toast bread and butter it; spread thickly with sandwich mix.
Broil just until cheese is melted.
