Cheesy Cucumber Open Faces

|Cucumber||1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled and diced|
|Grated onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Unflavored yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded|
|Sweetened rhubarb sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained (Slightly Sweetened)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Tomato||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely diced and peeled|
|Basil||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Rye bread slices/Whole wheat bread slices||6|
Mix all ingredients except bread together, being careful not to mash tomatoes.
Toast bread and butter it; spread thickly with sandwich mix.
Broil just until cheese is melted.
