|Cheese||1 Pound, shredded|
|Heavy cream||5 Tablespoon|
|Dry white wine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated|
1) In a fireproof fondue dish, mix all the ingredients together.
2) Over the lowest possible heat, stir the mixture till it melts and starts to thicken. Ensure that the mixture does not boil or it will curdle.
3) To serve, put the fondue in a fireproof dish and serve with fruits cut in chunks, marshmallows, bread pieces, etc. Ensure that the fondue is kept warm.
