Crispy Cheese Twists
|Butter/Margarine||6 Tablespoon, softened|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Minced fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Snipped fresh dill/1 teaspoon dill weed||1 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, garlic and pepper; beat until light and fluffy.
Stir in cheese, milk, parsley and dill.
Gradually add flour, mixing thoroughly.
Divide dough into 20 pieces.
Roll each piece into a 10-in log; cut each in half and twist together.
Place 1 in apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove to wire racks.
