Cream Cheese Pineapples
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sliced pimiento stuffed olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) Make six equal portions of the cream cheese.
2) With a knife or spatula, shape each portion like a miniature pineapple.
3) Chill the mixture.
4) Insert gently olive slices on the sides of "pineapples."
5) Insert celery pieces into tops.
6) Arrange the mixture around salad and serve.
