Bing Cherries With Cream Cheese Dip
|Cream cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (European Style If Possible)|
|White sugar||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla/Brandy / kirsch||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Heavy cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Bing cherries||3 Quart|
Mash the cheese up till it is smooth.
European style cream cheese is not only smoother and softer but also tastier than the sort generally sold in packages.
Beat in the sugar and the vanilla and gradually the heavy cream.
Add more cream if a thinner dip is -desired.
Pour into a bowl.
Centre on a platter or tray and surround with washed, unpitted, unstemmed Bing cherries.
